공압 시스템은 사용되지 않습니다. 조임력과 테일 길이는 터치스크린에서 설정할 수 있습니다. PLC 제어는 기계를 안정적이고 쉽게 작동하도록 유지합니다. 다양한 타이 크기 간 전환에는 시간이 오래 걸리지 않습니다.
이는 케이블 묶기가 대량으로 수행되는 와이어 하니스 , 케이블 번들, 자동차 배선, 전자 제품 및 가전제품 생산에 사용됩니다. 와이어 마무리 조립이 출하 전 마지막 단계인 라인에서 흔히 사용됩니다. 또한 포장하기 전에 묶음을 묶어야 하는 터미널 압착 스테이션 뒤에도 잘 어울립니다.
